Andy's FLV Joiner is a simple Flash Video file joiner. It has been tested on FLV1/H263, VP6 and AVC/H264 flash video formats.
Files must be FLV format. The FLV container may include one of several codecs. Some YouTube HQ clips (AVC/H264) may be MP4 rather than FLV format. Use a program like
AviDemux to join MP4 format files.
Try and join similar file types. i.e. same codec, resolution, and fps, otherwise the joined file will revert to the first file's properties with unpredictable playback results.

Set up and use is very intuitive and simple. Make a folder and unzip the contents of the zip file into that. Then, press the FLV command or create a short cut icon. It works with the supported files.
However read the README file! And, the tips and notice on his website to avoid problems.
It is a very fine piece of software.
