The reviewers who 5 rated this awful piece of software must be working with Real for Real or just Real crazies as no one is that stupid to use and like this kind of software. Unless of course you are a novice user.
For video use MPlayer and Zoom Player or Media Player Classic.
For Audio use foobar2000.

You guys must work for realplayer. It makes as big a mess and is as difficult to get rid of as AOL.
